We are Atlanta based. Shipping takes 3-5 days once shipped out. When your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. We do not ship orders out on holidays! If your order say it’s been delivered but is missing, you will indeed have to contact your local post office! Once your package has been delivered, it’s no longer in our company control.
